The La Joux-Perret factory is a Swiss company, located in La Chaux-De-Fonds, specializing in the production of high quality watch movements. Founded at the beginning of the 1980s by Mr. Martinelli, the company was first called Prototec, then in 1990, it was bought by Mr. Jaquet who created the company Jaquet SA in 1992. It was in 2003 that the manufacture La Joux-Perret was born, it takes its name from the place of the same name, bordering La Chaux-De-Fonds.

Internally, the teams are made up of a technical office, including engineers, technicians and designers specialized in watchmaking, who form the basis of all the manufacture's new projects. The company is also made up of a methods office, in direct collaboration with the workshops. This office works on the development of ranges but also on the improvement of manufacturing processes, with a continuous evolution of the tools used. It is in contact with the ten component and decoration production workshops that the manufacture has as well as with the teams of watchmakers specializing in their different product ranges. At La Joux-Perret, 140 employees work daily to manufacture high-quality watch movements.

Today, the La Joux-Perret manufacture is part of the Citizen group which provides it with technological support and which allows it to be recognized for the quality of its mechanical watch movements. The manufacture uses high quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to produce precise and reliable movements. His know-how and precision allow him to work quickly and efficiently, creating movements for major watchmaking companies. In 2022, 100,000 movements of all types will have been assembled by the manufacture.

The strength of the La Joux-Perret factory lies in its various know-how in terms of Milling, Turning, Cutting, Rolling, Electroerosion, Cutting and Stamping, Mechanics, Heat Treatments, Decoration, Pre-assembly, Assembly and Control. In summary, it controls every aspect of manufacturing and is completely independent, which also allows it to meet short production deadlines.

Joux-Perret presented this three-hand automatic movement in 2020. It is an innovative movement, with a power reserve of 68 hours, which, thanks to work to modernize and industrialize their methods, is offered at an affordable price. attractive, for a quality that is among the best on the market.
