THE costs delivery offered in France but payable abroad.

- Delivery to France Metropolitan: Delivery is free. Any order placed after 8 a.m. is shipped the next day via Colissimo and then takes 48 hours to be delivered (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Delivery within the European Union : The delivery charges are 15€. Any order placed after 8 a.m. is shipped the next day via Colissimo. Please refer to to the Colissimo website to find out the delivery times to your country.

- Delivery outside the European Union : The delivery charges are 25€. Any order placed after 8 a.m. is shipped the next day via DHL Please refer to DHL website to find out the delivery times to your country.

- Pre-order delivery: the date The estimated shipping date for a pre-order is indicated directly on the product page.

Returns are free in France and at the customer's expense abroad.

- Any purchase made on our site may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, for exchange or refund.

- To do this, simply return the item in question to us with the return form, duly completed.

- Returns within Metropolitan France are free. Please contact us to collect your return label.

- Outside Metropolitan France, returns are at the customer's expense; please note that shipping costs and any taxes paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

- Ensure that the item is intact and well protected, so that it is not damaged during transport.

- Once we receive your package, we check that the item in question is in its original condition and then proceed with the exchange or refund.

Taxes are included within the European Union and payable upon delivery outside the EU.

- Delivery within the European Union: You pay the VAT rate applicable to your country directly when you place your order.

- Delivery to the United States of America: An import tax applies to your order. This tax is paid directly during checkout on our website, so you will not have any additional charges to pay upon delivery to our carrier, DHL.

- Delivery to the rest of the world : You will be contacted by our carrier, DHL, who will ask you to pay the import taxes at the rate applicable in your country. You can pay this during transit or upon receipt of the package.
