To join Le Club Charlie, go to the "My Account" section of our website and create your account in one click. Your customer account and your loyalty account are one and the same.

If you already have a customer account, simply log in to your account to access the loyalty program.

You can accumulate points in different ways:

• By making purchases on our site or in one of our two Paris addresses.
• By completing the missions offered as part of the loyalty program.

For every euro spent (excluding taxes, delivery charges, and gift cards), you earn 1 point. Your points are available in your account a few minutes after your purchase.

You can check your points balance at any time from your account or directly on the dedicated loyalty program page you are currently on.

Yes, your points expire after one year. You will receive reminder emails before they expire.

To earn points, you must be logged into your customer account at the time of your purchase. Also, please check that you haven't used a different email address.

If you placed your order while not logged in, please contact us via this form so that we can credit your points.

Points are not awarded for cancelled or returned orders. If you return an order after receiving points, these will be deducted from your balance.

The expiry date is indicated on each reward at the time of purchase. Once unlocked, vouchers expire after 90 days.
