DELIVERY
Any order placed after 8am is shipped the next day via Colissimo or DHL and takes an average of 48 hours to be delivered.
- France: Delivery via Colissimo is free and paid for express delivery with DHL.
- Outside of France: Delivery costs vary between €15 and €25 depending on your country.
RETURNS
Any purchase made on our website can be returned within 30 days of receiving the package, for exchange or refund. Returns are free in France and at the customer's expense outside of France.
VAT AND IMPORT TAX
- European Union delivery: You pay the VAT rate relevant to your country directly when placing your order.
- Delivery to the rest of the world: An import tax applies to your order. This tax is paid directly during checkout on our website, so you will not have any additional charges to pay upon delivery to our carrier, DHL.
