Quand le temps s'inspire de la fraîcheur des fruits

When time is inspired by the freshness of fruit

In watchmaking, watches are often associated with pure metal, complex mechanisms, and rigorous design. However, watch design is first and foremost a matter of sensations, colors, and textures.

Through our latest Still Life photographic series, we wanted to take on a creative challenge: to create a dialogue between the elegance of our watches and the raw deliciousness of fruit.

Why does this unexpected marriage between fruit and timepieces work so well? Deciphering an encounter where time is savored with the eyes through four of our iconic collections.

The interplay of textures: Polished metal versus fruit skin

Watch photography constantly seeks to reveal the interplay of materials. Pairing a watch with a piece of fruit creates a striking interplay of tactile contrasts.

  • The steel of the watch Alliance Sapphire against the velvety texture of peach: The brilliance of the steel and the revealing transparency of its white smoked sapphire glass dial respond to the matte softness of the fruit.
  • Milanese knitwearHorizon Chronograph facing the melon's grain: The geometric braiding of the Strap The steel echoes the natural honeycomb pattern and rough relief of the bark.
  • The rose gold PVD of the Monceau and of the Sully alongside the tangy pulp: The warm hues of Case Golden rose hues complement the deep juices of cherry or the sunny tones of apricot.

In this confrontation, the rigid structure of the watch component highlights the organic and living aspect of nature.

A palette of natural and vibrant colors

Rather than using synthetic studio backgrounds, incorporating fresh fruit allows for playing with a vibrant colorimetry that no artificial pigment can match.

L'Alliance Sapphire: Steel and mechanics revealed by fishing

Against its peach-flesh colored background, the watch Alliance Sapphire and its Case Its balanced proportions of 39.5 mm reveal the complexity of its mechanics. Its exceptional dial in smoked white sapphire crystal hints at the beating of its automatic movement. Soprod P024. The natural warmth of the fruit immediately brings out the shine of the polished steel and the crystalline transparency of the glass.

There Monceau Rose gold: The indulgent intensity

The depth of the burgundy and cherry red acts as a revealer for the Case rectangular with strong lines of our Monceau. Clad in a rose gold PVD treatment, protected by a sapphire crystal and powered by a highly precise quartz movement, it sports a Strap interchangeable In Milanese mesh. Its clean dial captures the light with a jewel-like grace.

L'Horizon Chronograph: The freshness of sunny days

Place theHorizon Chronograph with its Case assertive 40mm, its immaculate white dial, its blued hands, its chronograph function with date window and its Strap Braided over a freshly cut melon, it is to combine the precise measurement of short periods with the lightness of sunny days.

There Sully Moon Phase The poetry of summer nights

For its part, the Sully Moon Phase and its Case delicate 30mm pieces dressed in rose gold PVD are nestled in the heart of sun-drenched apricots.Protected under its sapphire glass, the dial illustrating the ballet of the lunar cycles poetically recalls the rhythm of the seasons and the invitation to Slow Life: taking the time to admire the details.

The art of French detail

This original photo series reflects the spirit of Charlie Paris: a horlogerie nouvelle demanding, designed and assembled in France, which likes to renew its visual codes with freshness.
