Orders placed after 8:00 AM are shipped the next day via Colissimo or DHL. The average delivery time is 72 hours.
- France : Free delivery via Colissimo. An express delivery option via DHL is available (at the customer's expense).
- Outside France : Delivery is free.
RETURNS
Any purchase made on our website can be returned within 30 days of receiving the package, for exchange or refund. Returns are free in France and at the customer's expense outside of France.
VAT AND IMPORT TAXES
- European Union : The VAT applicable to your country of residence is calculated and collected directly when your order is validated.
- Rest of the world : Import taxes and fees are included. Although a tax may apply, we include it directly in your payment on our website. Therefore, you will not have any additional charges to pay to the carrier (DHL) upon delivery.
2 YEAR WARRANTY
2 YEAR WARRANTYOur watches come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage resulting from misuse. Only an inspection of the watch by our watchmaker will confirm whether the repair is covered under the warranty.
